This project was to create a short video introducing DCR’s mission and goals to new staff. DCR provided AVA with HD footage for the piece. Three DCR staff came to AVA’s recording studio in downtown Richmond to record the narration. This narration, in addition to previously recorded material, was edited into the video.
This video was created as part of an interactive exhibit for NASA at Destination Imagination’s 2015 Global Finals event. Over 11,000 international students, grades K-12, attended the event. NASA’s goal was to introduce participants to the Journey to Mars program and educate them about what it will take to get humans to the red planet. The video featured exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of the Marshall Space Flight Center through staff given tours.
This video featured recent participants of the Teacher Institute at Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello. The promotional video was intended to recruit new applicants by showcasing unique aspects of the educational program through testimonials and the beautiful scenery offered by the historic grounds. Additionally, footage of the grounds was provided to Monticello for archive purposes as a resource for future promotional videos.
